Anna went above and beyond in every aspect of customer service for my cabinetry order. She was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable, and gave me really solid advice on things that weren't even part of my order with her. I embarked on a fairly significant remodel that involved moving a bathroom, taking out walls, and putting in a new kitchen. I acted as the "general contractor" and hired all the subcontractors myself for this complex project. This was tricky given that I have very little experience in construction/remodeling, but Anna was my north star! She guided me through the process of designing the perfect cabinet layout, and ordering cabinets and helped me think through everything I would need, scheduling deliveries, reacting to changes, and even driving out to drop off samples and extra trim pieces at my house. I have already given her name to multiple people as a reference. If I ever do any other cabinetry projects in my home, she will be my first call. It is rare to find this kind of service these days, and I feel lucky to have connected with Anna for my project. My cabinets are beautiful and I couldn't be happier!
